Accreditation Helper helps home medical equipment companies meet accreditation requirements and maintain their accreditation. We worked with the founding team to creat a web application that is at the heart of this company’s business.
The web application provides each client with a personalized version of Accreditation Helper’s policies and procedures manuals, task lists, forms, and resources, while connecting the client to a consultant who reviews and approves changes and guides the client through the process.
Doyle Park Family Medicine was overwhelmed with phone requests for appointments, prescription refills, and referrals. Phone messages often lacked critical information, and hold times were long.
We built a web application that handles patient requests for appointments, referrals, prescription refills, and medical records. An administrative view of the site enables to office staff to efficiently track and process requests. This web solution has improved the experience for Doyle Park’s patients while easing the office staff’s workload.
Jordan & Andrews is the premier firm in the North Bay for creating 401K, pension, and other retirement plans. They manage plans for more than 1,000 customers. Each plan involves multiple documents, and an employee census for each client must be updated every year.
We created a web application that provides each client with a private portal from which they can retrieve their documents and to which they can upload their updated census information.
In addition to developing sites for clients, we also created and operate several sites of our own.
BoatingSF.com is the premier site for information about boating on San Francisco Bay. It includes a comprehensive listing of marine facilities and services and more than 1,000 photos. Many of the photos are geo-located and can be chosen by their position on a map.
The site provides a real-time display of ship positions on San Francisco Bay, using data collected from a network of AIS receivers that we operate and use to stream data to our server.
BuildingWebApps.com is currently in development. It will be an innovative resource for developers of web applications, using a new approach to information architecture.
